Conference Week
Hello All,
I am looking forward to catching up with families at conferences this week. The main focus of conferences in the spring is usually high school choice and student placement in math courses for next year. The majority of students will take Algebra 1 as freshmen, however there are a few other options available which we can discuss at your conference.
All students will take a short quiz on Wednesday over material covered while Mr. Douglas was filling in for me.
ALGEBRA:
This week we will be working on in class review of solving linear systems graphically and using substitution. There will be no HW assigned this week as we will be attempting to catvh up on what was assigned while I was gone.
PRE ALGEBRA 5:
This week will be in class review of the basics centered around graphing simple linear equations. No HW will be assigned, but there will be practice sets in class.
PRE ALGEBRA 7:
Students will review proportions, as well as similar and congruent figures. This will be an in class review week.
